Pricing
Being listed in the app itself is free (as a community gym). Gyms outside Japan can try the Official Gym features through a free trial, and pricing is available on request. You can start with just a listing and switch to an official gym when the time comes to take operations to the next level.

Become an official gym
If you're already registered as a community gym, we'll convert you to an official gym while carrying over your walls, problems, and user records as-is. If you're not yet registered, we'll create your gym from scratch.
Go live
Log in to the operations portal, add your staff, and start with things like sending announcements. Problems are registered in the smartphone app. Since you start with a free trial, you can take your time trying it out as you ramp up operations.
Frequently Asked Questions
It looks like a user has already registered our gym
If your gym is already registered as a community gym, you can become an official gym while carrying over the walls, problems, and users' climbing records as-is. There's no need to register everything again from scratch.
Can we try it before signing a contract?
You can try the Official Gym features through a free trial if your gym is outside Japan. You can try registering problems in the app and sending announcements from the operations portal, and then decide whether to continue. Feel free to ask about a demo, too.
What are the pricing and payment methods?
For gyms outside Japan, pricing and payment methods are discussed individually. Please get in touch.
What happens to our gym's data if we cancel?
Even if you stop being an official gym, your gym information, problems, and users' climbing records remain in the app as a community gym. Users' records are never deleted.
We'd like to use only the event feature
How often you can run events is set per gym. We're happy to discuss an arrangement that fits how often you plan to hold events — just get in touch.
Can we use it across multiple locations or a chain?
We'll prepare an individual quote based on the number of locations. When you reach out, let us know the number of locations and the features you'd like to use at each one.
Is there any cost for the customers who use the app?
No. The app is free to use. Customers only need to download it, and they can use everything needed to take part in events, such as entering and recording attempts.
